Gabriella is a leading family law specialist in Sydney. In 2018, she was a finalist in the Lawyers Weekly 30 under 30 Awards in the category "Family Law". In 2019, Gabriella was a finalist for the Australian Law Awards in the category “Rising Star of the Year”. The Australian Law Awards is the pinnacle of award programs for the nation’s legal professionals.

In 2022, 2023 & 2024, Gabriella was been named a finalist in the “Family Law” category for the Australian Lawyers Weekly Partner of the Year Awards. She was also named a finalist in the “Partner of the Year – SME” category of the 2023 and 2024 Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards. In 2024 she was a winner in the Australasian Lawyer Leading Female Lawyers List.

Gabriella has worked in family law since 2010 in the Family Law Team of a prominent Greater Sydney law firm and then as a Legal Associate to the Honourable Justice Watts of the Family Court of Australia. Gabriella’s role as a Legal Associate encouraged her to develop a deeper understanding of complex family law issues. Gabriella became Partner – Family Law in 2020.


Gabriella is an admitted Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from The University of New South Wales. During her time at university, Gabriella gained a broad knowledge of the law, having studied Chinese Law in Beijing and Human Rights Law at Columbia University in New York.

Gabriella works across the broad range of Family Law matters, including property settlement, parenting, child support, spouse maintenance, and Binding Financial Agreements.

Gabriella is trained in Collaborative Practice and holds membership with the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.

Gabriella is compassionate and sensitive and is committed to achieving the best outcome for her clients at all times. Gabriella provides legal advice, care and guidance to clients experiencing relationship breakdown. She is highly responsive to the thoughts and feelings of clients, allowing her to be attuned to the needs of her clients now and into the future.

Gabriella frequently travels interstate to appear at the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and Family Court of Australia in complex family law disputes. Gabriella is also experienced in family law matters that cross international jurisdictions. Many of her clients have resided internationally including in the United Kingdom, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, The United States of America and parts of Europe.

Gabriella recognises the value of the collaborative process (being formally collaboratively trained) and is also skilled in negotiation and alternate dispute resolution.
